Reporting to the CTO, the Sr. Product Manager, will gain broad exposure internally, interacting with every internal department at OneDash including senior leadership. We're looking for a candidate who is capable of learning and can figure things out for himself/herself. Mentorship is available, but you will often be on your own. Self-motivated, organized, independent - these are key descriptors that you should ascribe to yourself.

The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for developing strong relationships with content publishers and working with our in-house engineering teams, to create innovative products and features. The ideal candidate must understand the product scope of the ad operations and publisher challenges in order to assess and recommend new products for our rapidly growing Publisher base. This person will work closely with internal marketing services group, sales, support, development and other functional units in order to successfully manage and coordinate all products and features releases.


  • Understand Business needs, gather requirements, create roadmaps and work with engineers to launch new products
  • Actively seek new products to integrate with current product lines
  • Apply innovative ideas and concepts to improve product features and performance
  • Manage technology partner relationships, identify necessary and/or desirable third-party features; evaluate and select vendors, negotiate agreements and contracts, and manage partnership integration
  • Become an expert on all product releases from development to post-sales support
  • Develop product related internal and external processes
  • Gather competitive industry and market analysis to understand customers’ needs, current trends and partnership opportunities


  • 6-9 years of product management experience required in creating apps, web products and services for online advertising.
  • Experience with new product planning, requirements gathering and process management.
  • Expertise with Interaction Design and ability to align UX with product management.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Good experience in display advertising, video advertising, native advertising, demand partner management, RTB and Header Bidding.
  • Solid understanding of Google Ad manager (DFP), Google AdSense and Google Ad exchange.
  • Deep understanding of Ad networks, DSP, SSP business, hands on experience with Video and mobile advertising.
  • Appropriate understanding of digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Understanding of programmatic sales, direct sales and media exchanges.
  • Hands on experience on Google analytics.
  • Solid understanding of Data Analysis, reporting and website page speed optimization.
  • Understanding of Bid Shading, Bid Caching and Cookie syncing.Understanding of Ads.txt, Ads.cert and RTB 3.0.
  • Knowledge of programming languages, HTML5 and CSS3 (Note: You are not required to code)
  • Usability testing experience for either web-based or GUI interfaces
  • Experience creating PRDs and MRDs.
  • Hands on experience in using Debugging tools.
